Free Stained Glass Window Cross Stitch Pattern

I was browsing around on Craftsy last night, and came across a number of beautiful quilt patterns for sale. There were a few that caught my eye, because of their bright colors mixed with black outlines. So, I just had to make a pattern for you!!

I hope you like it. Its a little different from my usual style, but I like the bold, straight, modern lines paired with the softer, more traditional cross stitch motifs. The vibrant colors contrast nicely with the black edges, and I thought the crisp lines could use some softening, so I added a lacey kind of edging, and some pretty florals, too. You can make this one in any color combination- here are my two favorites: teal (which I can’t get enough of, ever.) and bright pink, which I just love when it’s paired with black.

If you’d like to download the PDF pattern, click on this link. (Both teal and pink color schemes are included)

You can save this one, and any of the other free patterns on my blog by RIGHT clicking, and choose SAVE AS. Then just put the file on your computer somewhere you will remember it 🙂

Thank you and happy stitching!
